Hon Gideon Moi: Our economic progress is at crossroads!

It was a luncheon of One Kenya Alliance with Mount Kenya Foundation (MKF) at Safari Park Hotel. The One Kenya Alliance (OKA) principals joined Martha Karua and Cyrus Jirongo for a breakfast before heading to their crucial meeting.

The four principals; Baringo Senator Gideon Moi who is the KANU chairman, Hon. Musalia Mudavadi ANC leader, Hon Kalonzo Musyoka Wiper leader and Hon. Moses Wetangula Ford Kenya leader still differ in their interests of who to chose as the 2022 OKA flag bearer.

This has been seen in many occasions where the Hon. Musalia’s  ANC members say that he should be the fifth president as he has the powers of ruling this country.

Hon. Kalonzo members also wish to have their party leader as their 2022 president.

On the other hand, Hon. Moses Wetangula is quite and nobody can tell his move of whether in need or not.

KANU fresh members endorsed their boss leader some few days back as they also want his name to appear on the ballot paper as the incoming president.

The game of the principals is becoming challenging that none of them can neither appear on the ballot paper. This can lead to the Alliance being cancelled because of strong desires and self interests by each of them.

Baringo senator Gideon Moi had these to say at the launch with the Mount Kenya Foundation;

“We are at point in this country where we must solidify our social fabrics to accelerate shared prosperity while guarding our nation against forces hellbent on pushing us in the path of destruction without peace, cohesion and stability, our economic progress is at crossroads”.
