The court today has released the case concerning the Football of Kenya Federation (FKF) chairman Mr. Nick Mwendwa. This is because there is no case to answer.
His case was on how he misused the office by squandering the money and poor management of the Kenyan teams.
He was held to arrest three weeks back in this month of November.
Chairman Nick Mwendwa was then released by the court after staying in the cells for three days.
The cash bail which he used to be out of the cells was 4 Million kshs.
The chairman had four lawyers who stood by him. Lawyers Nelson Havi and John Aminwa among the two have applaud the court rulings of their client.
The court have also said that the chairman to be refunded the 4 Million Kenya Shillings because there is no case to answer and the file to be closed.
On the other hand, Mr. Nick Mwendwa has gone to the court to stop the care taker from indulging in the issues concerning FKF.
