Honorable Musalia started by giving out his views about Corona Virus. His aim is to see the KEMSA case moving to a level of no doubt giving out the exact use of money that seemed to lost.
His wish is to see high levels of Oxygen in all health facilities in the country.
His opinion was, politicians should be at the forefront in fighting with the disease by avoiding gatherings and citizens to wear masks as well as sanitizing hands.
Honorable Musalia said that the two meetings they attended in Mombasa with President Kenyatta and Former Prime Minister Raila was about the Country’s Economy, Uniting Citizens and discussion on the Corona Virus Pandemic.
He went on saying that the One Kenya Alliance (OKA) is still in discussion of who to be the 2022 Flag bearer. Giving out his examples, he thinks that a positive conclusion will be reached as some coalitions before had the same discussions on who fits best for presidency.
NARC Coalition discussed and came out with the third President Kibaki who won in the year 2007.
CORD Coalition in 2013, had Principals like; Kalonzo, Wetangula and Raila but they came to a conclusion of choosing honourable Raila to stand as the President.
JUBILEE Coalition had parties like URP for Deputy President Ruto and TNA which was a party leaded by President Kenyatta and came in choosing President Kenyatta who won in the year 2013.
NASA Coalition had Principles like; Raila, Musalia, Kalonzo, Isaac Ruto and Wetangula but they agreed in giving honorable Raila a presidential ticket.
Honourable Musalia is among the few politicians who feels the big endorsement is from voters and not from the sitting President.
The main OKA agenda is ECONOMY and the right honourable says he has the tactics of enabling the cash to remain in the citizens pocket.
His plans are as follows:
He will make sure the 70% of tax used in paying the Government debts is reduced to 30% or 40%.
The 16% VAT can also be reduced to 14% then to 12% and this will reduce the basic needs costs.
Manufacturing Industries operational costs is 40% which is due to high electricity bills. He will manage it to 20% when he sits on the Presidential seat.
Agricultural and Animal Feeds costs are high in the country unlike in Uganda and this is due to VAT tax on them.
He ended his talk by saying that he will make sure corruption is out of his government and Kenyans have enough Laws in fighting with corruption.
He is on his stand in getting the 2022 Presidential ticket as well as winning and becoming the fifth President. He also feels that IEBC fits to work in the coming General Election.
